Terms

For purposes of this Policy, the following definitions shall apply:

“DEKTA” means Diamond Valley and Eltham Kindergarten Teachers Association its predecessors, successors, subsidiaries, divisions and groups.

“Personal Information” means any set of information that identifies or could be used to identify an individual. Personal Information does not include information that is encoded or publicly available information not combined with private Personal Information.

“User” means any user of the DEKTA website, including DEKTA members and guests.

Payments 

Payments made via secure payment on the Eventbrite website for registration to the various conferences and memberships managed by DEKTA. If you have any questions regarding your payments or if you require information regarding refunds please contact us via email info@dekta.org.au

Payment transactions conducted from this Website (www.dekta.org.au) are serviced and processed using Stripe. DEKTA does not store or have access to any members credit card information other than transaction amount and contact details.
